Are you ready for our next meet?

Make sure you pack appropriately, eat lots of food, and get sufficient rest the night before. Lack of proper nutrition and hydration can kill a race! Make sure all your hard work and training pays off by staying healthy before a meet.

 

With outdoor season be sure to dress for the weather whether that means 3 jackets and pants, a blanket, gloves, a hat, and some fuzzy socks on a cold day or sunglasses, sunscreen/bug spray, shorts, and a hat on a warm day or even a windbreaker, a poncho, an umbrella, and some plastic bags for your stuff in the wet weather!
